Ghosted is about the particular frustration of being professionally visible one moment and apparently invisible the next. It turns unanswered messages, silence and the feeling of being left hanging into something personal and recognisable.
The story behind it
It was the first song put into the world in February 2026. It began as an outlet for frustration rather than as a carefully planned Night Pages release, but it became the first marker of the project. The release is currently credited to DJH while the artist-name change to Night Pages is being processed through DistroKid.
How it was made
Ghosted is an AI-generated demo, and it has been left exactly as it is on purpose — an honest marker of what AI can and can't do yet. From Off the Deep End onwards, every Night Pages release is fully produced, performed and sung by humans.
